Grown under native forest canopy for four generations, this coffee comes from the Salinas family in the Indigenous Chatino community of San Juan Lachao, Oaxaca. Cultivated through traditional forest-grown practices, it reflects a long relationship between land, traditional ecology, and coffee agriculture.

Grown by Javier Salinas, Macario Salinas, Isidora Salinas, Gabriela Salinas, Vicenta Salinas, Raúl Salinas, Lucrecia Salinas, and Alma Delia Salinas.

A classic medium roast with notes of jasmine blossom, cherries, and cacao.

Each bag will contribute to supporting the maintenance of traditional agroforestry systems through local Indigenous farmers who are helping to preserve some of Mexico’s most valuable forest ecosystems.
