How can I pick up my order ?
Pick up is currently available in Pointe Saint Charles / Sud Ouest - Montreal - (Canada)
You'll receive pick up instructions once your order has been placed
Same day pick up is only available for orders placed before 10 am
Can I change or cancel my order ?

How can I check my order status?
Shipped orders : You will receive a notification with a tracking number (usually within 2 business days) after placing your order.
Local delivery orders : One of our representatives will contact you to schedule your delivery.
We ship across Canada (via Post Canada) and to the U.S.A (via USPS)
Shipping delays for domestic orders (Canada) are 1-7 business days.
Shipping delays for USA orders are 8-15 business days.
How does it work ?
Local delivery is currently available in Montreal.
Deliveries are usually done on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
One of representatives will contact you to schedule the delivery once your order is placed.

Can I get an exchange or a refund for coffee bags ?
Our coffee bags are not exchangeable or refundable, unless the quality of the product is affected.

Can I get an exchange or a refund for equipments, gears and merchandise ?
We can process an exchange or a refund for all equipment, gear and merchandise, within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopened, intact and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees.
